Journal Writing and Prompts

Journal writing is a sure-fired way to take great leaps in making life changes. There aren't any rules or restrictions - your journal is a free zone for you to explore your life. There's no need to focus on writing anything specific. Just put your pen to paper and let your feelings and thoughts flow. You'll be amazed at how rich and interesting your inner world really is.

Be respectful of your writing. Your story is worth recording, documenting and sharing. Date your entries; when you return later you'll appreciate that you did so.

Here are some prompts to help you get going:

If I fully trusted in my faith I would ...

My higher-self wants me to know ...

My inner-warrior wants me to remember ...

If I knew I could not fail I would ...

If I were to really Play Big I would now ...

If I could go back and teach my younger self anything it would be ...

When I show up and serve others I learn ...

If I let go of self-doubt I would free up space in my life for ...

I was put on this earth to ...

I am profoundly grateful for ...

I love ...

Even if you choose to never re-read what you've written, keep your journals anyway. Your life story is worth preserving.
