Change Your Story, Change Your Life

What would you think if you could write the future of your life merely by rewriting the stories of your past.

And what if this method has produced such dramatic results that it's guaranteed!

So what's the catch, right?

The Method

All of us have experienced heartbreak, regrets, and sorrow in our life. Yet many people go on to live joyful, creative and fulfilled lives in spite of their history, while others hold onto the pain and are unhappy, frustrated and can’t seem to move forward.

How many times have we told ourselves a story about something painful that has happened to us and then hung onto that story for years? We haven’t known how to let it go, heal ourselves and move on.

What if there is a different way to see the same story – a gentle path that would empower you, liberate you and bring peace and joy to your life today?

The Workshops

The Off Your Rocker workshops have been designed to promote and facilitate the healing powers of storytelling.

These workshops will empower you to let go of old resentments, hurts and regrets and make peace with your past. As a result you will be become happier, have more serenity in your life, and will, perhaps for the first time, begin to fully accept and appreciate every story you have ever lived.

It's Guaranteed

Around the globe CEOs, athletes and performers, world leaders and clergy know that this is absolutely true. They prove it, preach it and publish troves of books, sermons and articles with personal testimonials attesting to their experiences. Your proof is at your finger tips; Google whatever keywords speak to you - manifesting, healing, recreating ... and find a trove of information from all walks of life. Study what resonates with you, whatever your preference be it Scripture, psychology, philosophy, spirituality ... there are no rights and wrongs and you just can't screw it up.

“Men are disturbed not by things that happen, but by
their opinion of the things that happen."
Epictetus, 55-135 AD, emancipated Greek slave

The Catch

There is only one catch: Fear. But if you're willing to go through the process of eliminating fear, your future will be so bright you'll have to wear shades.

A brief synopsis of fear: Most fears arise from childhood when we were easily terrified by life's experiences. Although these fears remain unconscious they are running our lives. They have us handcuffed, vulnerable and unprotected.

Most of us can't even actually identify what we're afraid of! We just know our minds are a soup of scary thoughts rumbling around constantly. We may be able to identify them in a broad sense - fear of the unknown, rejection, abandonment, loneliness ...

But every single one of us can recall times while growing up when something really bad happened that left us afraid.

These are the stories you'll rewrite.

It's all about perspective. On mistakes Michael Jordan has famously said: "I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. Twenty six times I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that's why I succeed."

Once you've begun the process of rewriting your story, the other workshops will help you celebrate your new narrative through various artistic mediums from drawing to cardboard sculpture and alters. All workshops are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience. In addition, the dynamic of meeting with a group of like-minded and similarly passionate women accelerates one's awareness; reflection brings insight, wisdom and healing - while having fun too!

There are four sections to the workshops and each one is designed to expose you to a variety of mediums and to encourage and facilitate you towards channeling your own unique creativity. Please click on the links to the right for more information.
